MRA abdominal aorta/runoff; with and without gadolinium

Strengths: very good study for chronic PVD and non-contrast options exist. Equal or better than CTA.
Limitations: CTA for endograft evaluation and in some patients with suspected embolism or acute symtpoms which might be due to thrombosis.
Contraindications: 1) Standard MR questionaire as to contraindicated implanted devices, surgery, etc.; 2) Gadolinium will be dose-adjusted dependent upon creatinine clearance. It will not be given with CrCl <30 due to risk of NSF.
