Strengths

performed WITHOUT gadolinium. Good screening study for aneurysm.

Limitations

CTA can be better to delineate exact size and morphology (neck diameter, leak or subtle buldging contour, etc) and very helpful in preoperative or followup in postoperative patient.

Contraindications

Standard MR questionaire as to contraindicated implanted devices, surgery, etc.
