ConsiderationsRichard Wasley, MDsimple, nonseptate cysts <1cm probably require no followup. Cysts between 1 and 7 cm generally require annual followup. CA 125 may have value if <65 U/mL
Cysts >7cm may require MRI for further evaluation and gyn surgical consultation.
